See URLs in HTML-Mails HTML-mail in Dillo

Motivation
I want to see the URLs of all the hyperlinks in a HTML-mail, before I decide to click on any of them.
Requirements
Linux
Does probably not work on Windows®.
A recent Ruby interpreter
I currently develop with Ruby 4.0.1, but earlier versions might work as well. Ruby version 4.0.0 or higher is recommended.
